2. Where would you be most interested in obtaining the training listed above? (i.e.: In Las Vegas, your city (what city), on-line)

3. Are you interested in obtaining National Billing Training and Certification (CMBS)? 

4. Are you interested in having a compliance field audit of your facility?   (Our trained auditors will come to your location and perform a mock audit of your facility, similar to the ones you can expect from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG).  We will let you know, in report format, what your fines would have been and the steps you need to take today to remedy the problems.)

5. Are you interested in a facility chart audit? (Our trained auditors will come to your facility and examine a random sampling of 25 of your patient charts and check for things such as if your documentation justifies the code selection.)

6. Are you interested in an Office Assessment?  (Our trained auditors will perform a chart audit, superbill analysis, office delivery mechanism analysis, compliance program assessment.)
