You don't mention what type of provider this is. If it is an MD Psychiatrist you don't want to be using 90804 or 90808 You want 90805 and 90809 Good way to remember is: MD are the odd ending numbers and psychologists and therapists use the even ending numbers. 90808 or 90809 are very long sessions so be sure your provider has documented the time involved. Most carriers don't reimburse for that code at a higher reimbursement.
